that doesn't matter cuz my friends call me a bruiser and i . . .

Hey guys... I'm kind of in a bummy mood. All the comics I've been drawing lately have either been violent or very, very sad. So now that you know what you're in for for the next week... just try to deal with it.

This comic is based on actual factual truthual. One of the guys I work with was telling me about his friend and said friends group of friends. Apparently they feel that you should always be prepared for a punch in the face. Like they'll actually punch one another in the face when they're not expecting (cuz you know how you're always expecting a punch in the face) and try to keep each other on guard. And if somebody gets punched, they don't get angry. It's more of a "Oh man, you got me" type thing. Yeah, I'll never understand it either.

So on Friday, Hoss and I (and the Baron) did make it out to see Kane Hodder. Unfortunately we got there late and only caught like the last three and a half songs. We talked to Nick though and he said they might be back in November. That makes Hoss happy cuz that's his month. (Yeah, we're doing it again.) Then we said goodbye and booked it to the smokin' Token to catch the Mysterious Matt Wixon. Well, he was just playing the parking lot. But we also got to see Pseudo Strike, Monkey Jacket, and Vatican Roulette. Good music, but Hoss was being bitchy cuz he was hungry. If you don't feed the Hoss, bad things happen. So I didn't get to stick around much afterwards due to an impending beating. But while we were eating, we all decided that Vatican Roulette should not retire the "Ugly People of '83" song. We like it. We like it very much.

What's more, the Suicide Machines played Saturday and Sunday at Alvin's and I couldn't afford to go to either. Talk about suckage. I hope I have some money next Saturday for Catch 22.

Hey do you guys like this three times a week update thing? Just curious. Hugs.
